Erosion because of the lack of forest is 141.7 tones km2 in every year.
There started a campaign in Alanya for to enlarge and create new forest areas which we have a necessity of vital extent for the future of our world.
The campaign gives opportunity to have a planted tree to the people who have the sensibility of environment-concious.
Planting a tree or causing to a tree to be planted means communicating world and environment with a different mean and creating a different happiness.
We want this happiness to be lived by all our guests and Alanya citizens.
Therefore,they will be connected to life with those trees in different way,live with other hopes,happinesses and WORLD FOREST will enlarge and leaf out with the sistership and friendship of people from different nations.
This campaign offers us an opportunity to have environment-concious and sistership beyond gaining a forest instead of a blasted forest.

3. Etap Alanya Dünya Ormanı Fidan Dikim Töreni 12 Nisan 2009 Pazar saat 11:00' da ilçemiz Konaklı Beldesine bağlı Toslak Köyü Ketenlik mevkiinde gerçekleştirildi. Törene Merkez Valisi Can DİREKÇİ, AKP Antalya Milletvekili Mevlüt ÇAVUŞOĞLU, ÇEKÜL Başkanı Prof.Dr. Metin SÖZEN, Siyasi Parti temsilcileri, Bürokratlar, Bazı Belediye Başkanları, Kamu Kurum ve Kuruluş Amirleri ayrıca Konaklı bölgesinde bulunan Okul Müdürleri, Öğretmen ve öğrenciler ile çok sayıda vatandaş katıldı.Dikim Töreni Halk Oyunları gösterisi ile başladı. İstiklal Marşı ve Saygı duruşunun ardından öğrencilerin okuduğu orman konulu şiirler ile tören devam etti. |

İlçemizde geçmiş yıllarda yanan orman alanlarının yenilenmesi ve bizden sonraki nesillere yeşil bir çevre bırakabilme amacıyla uygulamaya konulan Alanya Dünya Ormanı Projesi çalışmaları dahilinde daha önce 120.000 fidan dikilmiş ve bu kampanyanın devamı olarak ÇEKÜL (Çevre ve Kültür Değerlerini Koruma ve Tanıtma Vakfı), 7 Ağaç Ormanları Geleneksel Dikim Şenliği kapsamında gerçekleştireceğimiz 3. Etap Alanya Dünya Ormanı Fidan Dikim Töreni 12/04/2009 Pazar Günü Saat 11:00 da İlçemiz Tolsak Köyü’ nde gerçekleştirilecektir.
Yapılacak olan dikim törenine tüm halkımız davetlidir.

2. Part Alanya World Forest Planting Young Trees Ceremony was carried out in side of Demirtaş town and the road is on going to Büyükpınar village and around the border of Yeşilöz village at 11 am on Sunday ,on January 11,2009.Alot of citizens and students also some municipality mayors,The puplic sector chief,school managers and teachers who work in Demirtaş joined our ceremony.
The governor of Alanya ,Hulisi Dogan talked that Alanya World Forest Planting Young Trees was started in Alanya until now we planted 120 000 young trees which were added double of burned forest trees the last ten years,and our target would plant 1 000 000 trees.We invited our people plant trees for struggling to stop drought and global warming .we would go on giving love trees to students and covering with trees our all forest .Student and citizens planted trees in the field of planting trees following public speech and showing folklore.

It was carried out that working Alanya World Forest Project which 95.000 saplings were planted before to be replaced with young trees in burned forest filed in our town and to live green environment to next our generations and The Campaing which is being continued by us with our Governorship in the same time, 25.000 young trees being met together in the earth 2.Part Alanya World Forest Planting Young Trees Ceremony is going to be carried out in side of Demirtaþ town and the road is on going to Büyükpýnar Willege and around the border of Yeþilöz Willage at 11am on Sunday, on January 11 2009.
